Within Australia: Typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.

- A description of the model or terrain piece (Original or Premade)

- Any reference images or sketches (if you have them)

- Preferred scale or size (e.g., 28–32mm)

- Any specific themes, textures, or features you’d like

Pricing is quoted on development time, as well with resin/filament cost and cleanup.

Change of Mind
As a small business, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and read product descriptions (including scale and set contents) before purchasing.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to Request a Return
Email us at OnlineHobbyStore@outlook.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant.
We will confirm the next steps, which may include returning the item.
If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.

Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible once approved.

What scale are your models?

All of our terrain and miniatures are designed for 28–32mm scale, perfect for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and Warhammer.

Do your models come painted?

Unless stated otherwise, our products are supplied unpainted, ready for you to prime and paint. Some photos show painted examples for inspiration.

Are the pieces modular?

Yes, many of our terrain sets are designed to work together so you can expand your town, battlefield, or dungeon over time.
