All Models are Resin Cast, please advise that all UV exposed models may have slight deviations from their stated size as resin warping and shrinking can occur in this process. We do our best to minimize this issue in every way possible and always perform quality control checks but due to this we put such a disclaimer to avoid customer disappointment and satisfaction.

Change of Mind
As a small business, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and read product descriptions (including scale and set contents) before purchasing.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Request a Return

We will confirm the next steps, which may include returning the item.
If a return is required, the item must be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
Timeframes
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible once approved.

What scale are your models?
All of our terrain and miniatures are designed for 28–32mm scale, perfect for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, and Warhammer.
Do your models come painted?
Unless stated otherwise, our products are supplied unpainted, ready for you to prime and paint. Some photos show painted examples for inspiration.
Are the pieces modular?
Yes, many of our terrain sets are designed to work together so you can expand your town, battlefield, or dungeon over time.
