STIMPAK — Mk VII “Vault-Tec Rapid Recovery Injector”
Condition: Pre-War Relic | Manufacturer: Vault-Tec Industries | Classification: Medical-Grade Restoration Device
When the Wasteland chews you up and spits you out, the Mk VII Stimpak is the only thing standing between “almost dead” and “good as new.” Designed for field medics and desperate scavvers alike, this stainless-steel injector features a pressurized rad-shielded plunger, dual-valve ampule feed, and a retro-calibrated pressure gauge, because you can’t spell “healing” without “hazard.”
Each shot delivers a carefully balanced cocktail of synthetic blood plasma, nanite coagulants, and adrenaline stabilizers, capable of knitting torn flesh and sealing bullet wounds in seconds. The analog gauge ensures optimal pressure, too little, and you’re wasting precious serum; too much, and you’ll feel like you got hit by a Protectron on overdrive.

Field Notes
“Found this beauty near an old Vault-Tec checkpoint. Cleaned it up, replaced the feed line, and it still hisses like new. One jab and I was sprinting away from a pack of ferals like I was back in my rookie days.”
— Anonymous NCR Ranger
